We hope you love your new purchase from our website. If not, we can accept your return for store credit based on the conditions below. No refunds or exchanges will be given on costumes or sale items. Your item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. If you wish to exchange your full-priced item, this will be done in the form of a MEZECO credit note. A matching discount code will be honoured so that you can re-purchase a different size.

Sale items can’t be returned for store credit, are not eligible for refunds, as this is the FINAL sale. If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item unless specified under the terms of the promotion. Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit, including full-priced items, but not on sale items.

Please note that store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Store credit cannot be used to purchase MEZECO gift vouchers.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by MEZECO Customer Care staff prior to return of item(s).

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact MEZECO Customer Care at mezeco@outlook.com prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.

Orders for our Australian and New Zealand customers are shipped from our Sydney Distribution Centre. This means even speedier delivery for you! Your MEZECO order will be dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm AEST. Otherwise, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, unless placed over a weekend or on a public holiday – if this is the case, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

By placing an order with MEZECO, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to MEZECO. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

For delivery in Australia and New Zealand, the estimated delivery time for metropolitan areas in Australia is 1-4 business days, and the estimated delivery time for rural or remote areas is 3-5 business days. The estimated time for delivery to New Zealand is 4-6 business days. Please note that there may be delays to these estimated shipping times during busy periods and holidays.

Orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that no one is present to sign for the parcel, your order will either be left in a safe place or taken to a post office depending on the shipping option you have selected.

The following shipping options can be selected at checkout:

  • Flat delivery fee of $10 with Authority To Leave if no one is present to sign for the delivery for purchases.

If you choose to issue the courier with Authority To Leave so that the order may be delivered without a signature, MEZECO is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen upon delivery. Orders shipped to NZ do not have an Authority To Leave option, so all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we are unable to change your shipping method once you have placed your order.

We cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you email updates about its progress so you know exactly when to expect it.
